Renovations on our apartment buildings are coming along steady. With proper planning and the right team, steady ex*****on becomes seamless. I am proud of my team that is continuing to put hard work into progressing forward.

Great pictures taken by Birdy Properties for the complete renovation of Unit 503 at Kelly Apartments San Antonio TX. The management company and the construction team worked together to finish 3 units and on to 17 more!💪🤘🔥⚒💰🧹

Excellent work done by development team in knocking out the renovation on the first apartment unit. These guys worked around the clock to get this done economically, efficiently, and with attention to detail. 💵🗝💪🏢

The goal is to provide tenants upgraded units with new kitchen, bath, flooring, paint, light fixtures but most importantly a clean and safe place to live. 👍

Meza Winstead Real Estate Development Meza has begun work on Phase I renovation of Kelly Apartments. The interior renovation includes new flooring, bath, kitchen, fresh paint, and light fixtures. Phase II will cover new roofing, trim, fascia, soffits, gutters, fresh paint on all buildings, new entrance sign, landscaping and complete concrete resurfacing. 🏢🛠🧱🛁🚪🗝
