One thing coaching taught me is that the best game plans start early—and the same goes for buying a home.

One of the best things you can do for your clients is connect them with an insurance agent as soon as they're serious about a property, not just a few days before closing.

I've seen too many last-minute situations where we discover claims history or underwriting issues that make coverage more challenging. When we have a little more time, we can usually find the best solution without everyone scrambling at the last minute.

Insurance agents are here to be part of your team. We want to help make the transaction as smooth as possible for you and your clients.
