✅ Prop 2 — no capital gains tax on individuals, estates, or trusts.

✅ Prop 7 — gives a homestead exemption to the surviving spouse of a veteran who died from a service-connected illness.

✅ Prop 8 — bans estate and inheritance taxes.

✅ Prop 10 — gives tax relief if your property’s destroyed by fire.

✅ Prop 11 — bumps the elderly and disabled homestead exemption from $10k to $60k.

✅ Prop 13 — raises the main homestead exemption from $100k to $140k.

That’s real money back in homeowners’ pockets.

And for us in real estate? That means more buying power for families, more stability for our communities.
