(210) 560-1891 BTW If you have a group life policy you can't take it with you, exactly. You will need to do a medical exam. If you got it at 25 and then you leave the firm at 40, You have to get a medical upate and I am prety sure it will be higther. So get a term or combo to bridge it. Let's rock and roll!

BlackRock CEO Larry Fink recently warned that many Americans may need close to 2 million dollars to retire comfortably, citing longer life expectancy, higher healthcare costs, and persistent inflation. He noted that a large portion of Gen X workers are significantly behind on retirement savings compared to what financial planners estimate is required.

Federal Reserve data shows median retirement savings for Americans in their 40s and 50s falls far below that threshold. Rising housing costs, student debt, and stagnant real wage growth have made it harder for middle income households to build long term wealth.

Fink has called for expanded retirement access and structural reforms to help close the savings gap before it becomes a broader economic strain.
