If you have a Traditional, SEP, or Roth IRA with Catholic Life Insurance, keep an eye on your mailbox this May. We will be mailing out your Substitute IRS Form 5498 in an envelope marked Important Tax Information.

This form summarizes your IRA contributions, rollovers, and account value from the previous year. While you do not need to file this form with your tax return, you should keep it for your personal records.

When yours arrives, please take a moment to review it. If you see anything that doesn't match your records, let us know in writing by June 20 so we can help you with a correction.
