We'll start the morning by getting out of the classroom and touring 2 actual properties—looking at repairs, scope of work, costs, and what you need to notice when walking a potential deal.

Then we'll spend the afternoon diving into rehab estimates, budgets, contractors, managing the rehab, and avoiding expensive mistakes.

💰 DAY 3 — HOW TO FUND YOUR DEALS & PUT IT ALL TOGETHER
Where does the money come from? We'll explore different ways investors fund deals—including hard money, private money, partnerships, seller financing, creative financing, and more—then connect everything we've covered over the weekend.

We had an incredible weekend with the legendary Peter Fortunato.
