We are pleased to announce that the Cassie Thompson crew will be operating from a temporary location starting June 1st as we continue to recover from the fire. Cassie Thompson State Farm office update: Our physical location is closed temporarily due to the fire and will reopen once we receive clearance from the city, prioritizing everyone's safety. We continue to operate fully and are ready to assist with any inquiries or concerns. A temporary location will be announced shortly. Please note that arrangements can be made for in-person meetings during this period should you require office visits.

Update: I talked to the building management and we will be shut down for at least through Monday. We will be working remotely so please call us or text to 210-822-2220. I did however manage to take some food to the fifty or so fireman that showed up to our building.

Thank you Chilis on the corner of 410 and Broadway for providing free chips and salsa, the discounts on the enchiladas that I took to the hard working men and women keeping us safe and the continuous attention to us as we sat there for 5 hours with no way to drive!!

We want to keep our customers informed that our building recently experienced a structural fire. Thankfully, everyone on our team is safe.

Due to this, our office is temporarily closed, and we do not have an estimated timeline yet for when we will be fully up and running again.

That said, we are still here for you! Our team remains available in a limited capacity for the time being by phone. Rest assured we are already working on getting fully operational.
