Today we closed on 2 properties which both have 2 houses on each lot, so really we acquired 4 rental houses today.
One property has two 2/1 houses which we bought for $138k and the other property has one 2/1 house and one 1/1 house which we bought for $100k.
We raised the money from three different lenders to do the whole deal to include sales price, closing costs and money for rehab.
We plan to raise more money this year and continue the growth of the portfolio.
