I always have been an advocate for homebuyers not only first-time buyers but all home buyers as this business can be complex and changes all the time. In 1990 I received my first certification as a Home Buyer Instructor and have been providing classes and training ever since. I have been working with or serving as a homebuyer education instructor, committee or board member for the following HUD Approved Non-Profit Housing Agencies; NeighborImpact, NeighborWorks, Portland Housing Center, Portland Community Development, Oregon Housing & Community Services as well as others.
