Today was a wonderful day at Lowe’s Vendors Day! 💙 Thank you to everyone who stopped by to talk with our team and receive a quote. First off… All glory to God.

Secondly, thank you to my team for doing the real work across our two agencies.

I’m truly grateful for the honor of working with such an amazing company. I want to express my appreciation to other State Farm Agents and to those in Corporate State Farm who believed in me and helped guide me along my journey.

I’m especially indebted to State Farm Agent Earl A Wood , who saw my potential when I had little to no experience.

Lastly—and certainly not least—thank you, Dad, for being my inspiration to become a business owner.

Last Friday, our full team came together for our Mid-Year Planning Meeting and kicked things off with our real highlight: Ronny Moten joined us for a Home Endorsement Q&A. Ronny brought so much value—and the questions and energy in the room were awesome!

After coffee and snacks to get started, we jumped into a fun, engaging day of planning and connection. We talked through how we’ll achieve our AP team/office goals, enjoyed our opening skit and team culture, reviewed the insights from our survey results, and mapped out marketing strategies both in the field and digitally. We even took a break to enjoy lunch together at Chuy’s before finishing strong.

Thank you to everyone who showed up with great ideas and great teamwork—what a fantastic way to head into the second half of the year! 🙌
