With the City OVER subsidizing and too much supply of apartments, we have started resorting to traditional marketing methods to improve occupancy. Tell your City Council members San Antonio is OVER SUPPLIED. We need NO more apartment projects that don't pay property taxes!!!. We NEED BETTER JOBS AND BETTER SCHOOLS!

San Antonio had the largest year-over-year decline in closed sales across the country. According to Redfin, the metro saw 2,082 closings, a 24.8% decrease compared with 2,683 in November 2024.

The metro area had 2,120 new residential listings in December, a 20% year-over-year decline, according to Redfin.
