Been busy... Walked a 32 Unit apartment in San Antonio yesterday.

Touring another 120 unit apartment community outside Dallas.

Walked an 88 unit in San Antonio and another 55 unit townhome community also in San Antonio.

More deals are available and sitting a bit longer. The seller's market is slowing, so more opportunities are being presented.
