At this Staten Island spot, grandmothers from around the world take over the kitchen. Enoteca Maria invites real nonnas to serve the dishes they’ve cooked for their families for generations.
Each week, different grandmas rotate in to cook dinners from their home countries, bringing heart, history, and a whole lot of flavor.
Some of these women have been cooking here for years, one for over a decade! 🤩👏
