Los planes bien pensados producen ganancias; los apresurados traen pobreza.

Si enfocamos nuestras metas en un plan a largo tiempo (y evitamos distracciones de política, televisión y opiniones infundadas), entenderemos el principio de inversiones y el efecto del interés compuesto.
La S&P 500 (inversión a fondos mutuos) a producido positivamente este año 2025 al igual que ha multiplicado casi un 100% de las inversiones en los últimos 5 años.

¿ESTAS PREPARADO PARA LOS GASTOS NAVIDEÑOS?
Considera estos 10 consejos importantes:
1) El propósito principal es reflexionar, compartir y reconectar con familiares y amigos
2) Crea un presupuesto específico para los gastos navideños sin entrar en deudas/tarjetas
3) Identifica a quien vas a regalar y cuanto por persona, crea un registro o lista
4) Manten un registro de los gastos que haces
5) Si estas corto de dinero, ¿como puedes generar mas? (¿vender cosas o un part-time?)
6) Utiliza un sobre con el efectivo a usar o una tarjeta prepagada para evitar usar deudas
7) Divide la comida navideña (potluck) para minimizar loa dastos y el estrés y las peleas
8) Haz todo lo posible para evitar comenzar el nuevo año con una deuda de Navidad
9) Establece las metas financieras para el 2025
10) Lo más importante, no podemos olvidarnos qué el verdadero significado de la Navidad es JESUCRISTO.

CAR PAYMENTS FACTS
In Texas, a $30k car payment @ 7% interest for 60 months will cost you $594 a month or $35,640 in payments, plus $4,075 upfront in sale tax, registration, etc $39, 717. If you buy a used cheap car with cash, and invest the $594 a month on Index funds, You will have $53,327 over the same 5 years, so you can buy your next great car in cash and pay no interest on it and probably save around $14k while doing it. Be your own bank.

Tienes un plan de retiro(IRA, TSP, Pensión o Anualidad)? Tienes ahorros de al menos 1 mes de sueldo en caso de emergencias? 3-6 meses es lo recomendado. Estas sumergido en deudas? Ingresos - gastos mensuales fijos - gastos variables (estimado de comida, gas, utilidades) - inversiones - seguros - ahorros - contribuciones. El total que sobra es tu Ingreso disponible para gastos personales. Si te da menos de 0, tienes que hacer cambios en tu vida.
