Hannah Keeler Vaughan, RE/MAX ONE Broker Associate and I had a great time volunteering at Anahuac High School’s Reality Check event hosted by Chambers County Public Health Department . This event was designed for high school seniors to give them a dose of “reality” for their post graduation lives. They were assigned a career/salary/and family and had to budget 15+ aspects of their lives, such as childcare, car, insurance, housing, healthcare, unexpected things like a citation from the on site police officers, and more. It was rewarding to see the lightbulbs clicking on as they made these decisions. Well done!
