After 45 days of operation, our short term rental has been an overwhelming success! We were completely booked in November and currently have only 4 open nights in December! Hoping to repeat this again in 2023.

In the meantime, we’re about to resume our hunt for our next investment property. If you have or know someone who has a home that you know would make a good rental, needs some work, and the owner needs to sell fast, please let us know. We’re primarily looking in the NW corner of San Antonio but are open to properties in other cities and states as well.

Our first big investment is almost ready to go live! Today we received a call from an owner wanting to sell their home. After analyzing the deal, we knew that what was best for them was for them to list their property on the market with an agent.

Rather than low balling these homeowners or utilizing negotiating tactics to talk them down to a price that wouldn’t have been fair to them, we provided transparent pricing and helped them explore their options. In the end, this couple was grateful for our honesty and business practices.
