What started over two years ago as a dream to find the perfect piece of land has officially become reality. 🏡❤️

It has been an incredible honor to walk alongside Mr. & Mrs. Stewart and their amazing Realtor, Tray, throughout this journey. From searching for the perfect property, to breaking ground with David Weekley Homes, to navigating every step of the construction process, we finally made it to closing day!

Over the last two years, this relationship has become so much more than a transaction. We have celebrated milestones together, overcome challenges together, and truly become family.

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedom 🇺🇸🙏

This Memorial Day hits close to home as I reflect on the legacy of my incredible father, Raul Villarreal, a proud Army Air Corps Sergeant that was stationed at Pearl Harbor . His courage, strength, and service will never be forgotten.

I carry his spirit with me daily, and through The Heart of Mortgage, I’m committed to giving back to the military community that shaped my life—supporting our active-duty heroes and veterans in their journey to homeownership. ✨💗🏡
