If you have a small business, but do not want to commit to a large space with rent and utilities, call me. I still have a couple of furnished offices available, as low as $395/month, bills pd. We have some fun tenants to share space with, so the vibe is upbeat. Ideal person would be a self-employed bookkeeper, consultant, personal shopper, website developer. Preference is a tenant whose business is open Monday through Friday and closed on weekends (or someone who needs a professional space to meet with clients by appointment). Friday is National Retro Day, which takes us back to a time before smartphones and the internet. Every generation looks back and asks, "Remember when?" and this celebration is for our memories of the good ol' days. Let's make an effort to spend more time face-to-face, without electronics. I am personally going to commit to limiting my Facebook time to two 15-minute sessions per day (one session each for my personal page and for my business page). This reminds me of an alert that comes across my screen in my car that says "taking your eyes off of the road, even for a second, can be dangerous" (as the car is in drive and you're trying to read the screen and push the button to make the message go away). Lol

Did you know? A commercial auto policy can provide coverage for personal use. While a personal auto policy may or may not cover when a vehicle is used in business, a commercial auto policy can cover a driver and passenger vehicles even during personal use. Also, if the vehicle will be used by others, such as a spouse, they should be listed as drivers on the commercial policy and the vehicle should be quoted as "mixed use."
