After 8 long months of construction, we are so excited to finally say it: Chadbourne Street in front of our office is OPEN!!🙌

We truly appreciate the patience of our clients, neighbors, and community as downtown improvements have been underway. Now that the street is open, getting to our office is easier again!

We're proud to recognize Tricia Herrera, our Benefits Leader, for once again participating in the Global Leadership Summit, a two-day leadership development experience that brings together leaders from businesses, nonprofits, churches, schools, and communities around the world.

For approximately 10 years, Tricia has represented Garrett Insurance at the Summit hosted locally by Holy Ghost Lutheran Church in Fredericksburg, which as been a host site for about 15 years. The event provides local leaders with an opportunity to step away from the everyday and focus on learning, growing, and becoming better leaders for the people they serve.

This year's speakers challenged attendees to think differently about leadership, communication, workplace culture, and the kind of environment we create for our teams.

We're grateful for Tricia's continued commitment to learning and leadership, as well as the many volunteers at Holy Ghost Lutheran Church who invest their time to make this experience available to leaders in our community.

At Garrett Insurance, we believe that when our people continue to grow, our entire organization - and the communities we serve - grow stronger.💙

Tonight was all about great food, great company, and an even better team! 💚

Our San Angelo crew enjoyed dinner together as we officially welcomed Michelle to the Garrett Insurance family! 🎉 We’re so excited to have her joining our team and can’t wait for our clients and community to get to know her.

We were also lucky to have Cheyenne, our Training & Account Manager, in San Angelo this week helping Michelle get off to a great start. Tonight was Cheyenne’s last night in town, so it was the perfect opportunity to celebrate a new beginning while also thanking her for the time, knowledge, and support she shared with our team.

We’re grateful for evenings like this that remind us that Garrett Insurance is about more than insurance—it’s about people, relationships, and community.
