Please join us in congratulating our very own Mickey Sawyer on an outstanding achievement through Keystone's Top S.P.E.E.D. Program!

The Top S.P.E.E.D. Program is one of Keystone's premier producer development initiatives, bringing together producers from agencies across the country for an intensive year of training focused on prospecting, pipeline development, sales ex*****on, value-based selling, accountability, and coaching. Participants engage in virtual learning, individual coaching, peer collaboration, and in-person experiences designed to strengthen their skills and drive measurable results.

Although the program continues through December, Mick recently traveled to Cleveland, Ohio, where he represented his team by delivering a 30-minute sales presentation as part of the program's competition. His team's hard work and preparation earned them the title of Top S.P.E.E.D. Competition Champions.

For their accomplishment, Mick was awarded a Remarkable Paper Pro, while the other members of his team each received $250 Amazon gift cards.

This recognition reflects Mick's commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and excellence in serving our clients. We are proud of the way he represents Garrett Insurance and look forward to cheering him on as he completes the remainder of the program this year.

A special thank you to Kevan Harris for the mentorship, coaching, and time he has invested in Mick throughout this journey. The guidance and support provided behind the scenes play an important role in the success and development of our producers.
