This correlates with the common definition of insanity: "doing the same thing and expecting different results."
These two statements seem ridiculously obvious, yet how many people do you know who do exactly that?
Make sure that if you are not getting the desired results, you examine, and likely change what you are doing.

This is a statement I heard a lot growing up. It is obviously not true. I was reminded of this saying as I reflected on last week's thought. There are many great products invented that never sell or change people's lives because people never hear about them. The product must be advertised and sold. Taking your product to the people is the challenge we all face, and that is what changes people's lives and boosts the economy.

It's funny how people often think that waiting is such a virtue. There is GREAT virtue in being patient, but simply waiting is not the same as patience. Patience means that a person is willing to pay the price of success and accept the rewards when appropriately earned. Waiting, to me, means simply hoping that something good will come your way without making the effort required to accomplish it. Is it “sufficient” or “outstanding”?
Health insurance has become expected, and businesses that don’t offer health insurance often see employees leave or decide to work elsewhere in the first place.
Health insurance is a major cost factor for employers, but so is replacing employees who leave. Additional benefits (dental, vision, hospital confinement, accident, and cancer policies, etc.) have become a significant part of benefit packages and add great value for employees.
These benefits can typically be added at zero cost to an employer, yet they provide employees the opportunity to feel more secure and protected, which reflects positively on the employer.
Employees view this as the employer caring for them.
Employees feel they have the coverage and protection they need, regardless of the challenges that may arise.
