May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and it’s a reminder that well-being is something we all carry, at work, at home, and in our communities. In an industry built on service and relationships, we see every day how important it is to slow down, check in, and take care of ourselves and each other.

We value people, our team, our clients, and the communities we serve. Prioritizing mental health is one way we live that value out loud.

At Beehive Insurance, we believe strong relationships and great teamwork are what drive long-term success.

During our 2026 Producer Summit, producers put those skills into action through the Pit Crew Challenge, a hands-on experience inspired by NASCAR pit crews 🏁

Teams worked together through timed pit stop challenges, learning how communication, trust and continuous improvement can make all the difference under pressure. Along the way, there was plenty of competition, encouragement and teamwork across every group.

Thank you to Utah Industry Partners for helping make this experience possible and for creating such a memorable day for our team.
