“Every customer is different. Every business is different.”

That’s the philosophy that guides Brad Baldwin, Vice Chairman of First Utah Bank, and it’s how we approach every relationship.

We take the time to understand your business, your industry, and what you’re working to accomplish. Our team visits local businesses, makes decisions right here in Utah, and focuses on partnerships that grow alongside you—not one-time transactions.

Because you’re more than a balance sheet. More than a credit score. More than a loan application.

You’re building something that matters, and we’re committed to helping you achieve what’s next.

Redefining Possible. One Relationship at a Time.

In this carousel, Justin shares practical insights from years of helping Utah businesses secure financing and prepare for growth.

✔ Build your banking relationship early.

Another successful Summer Celebration at Neighborhood House! ☀️🎉

Our team had a wonderful time connecting with families and celebrating the incredible work Neighborhood House does for children and families in our community.

A special thank you to Elaine Ellis (Chair of our Giving Committee and Board Member), Krista Dalpaiz (Credit Team), and Sherie Lamprecht (Executive Administrator) for representing First Utah Bank and running a booth packed with fun giveaways for the kids. From financial literacy books and colored pencils to other family-friendly activities, there was something for everyone.

At First Utah Bank, we're proud to support organizations like Neighborhood House that help strengthen Utah families and create opportunities for future generations.

Kindness is more powerful than we often realize. ❤️

Research shows that acts of kindness can reduce stress, strengthen relationships, inspire others, and create a ripple effect that extends far beyond a single moment. A kind word, a helping hand, or simply taking time to connect can have a lasting impact on the people around us.

At First Utah Bank, we believe strong communities are built on more than financial success—they're built on compassion, connection, and looking out for one another. That's why we're proud to be a Certified Business of Kindness in partnership with One Kind Act a Day.

Whether it's supporting a neighbor, volunteering in the community, or simply choosing patience and understanding, every act of kindness matters.

Join us in taking the Pledge of Kindness and help create a more connected Utah—one act at a time.
