This past week, one of my client’s daughters was asking about funeral packages. I brought in Ly Chan. Ly is so patient and taking time to make sure it’s a comfortable conversation.
The price for a cemetery lot is going up just like houses. Pre-planning helps with pricing and preparation.
We talk about life insurance and it is for those who live and help them pay for everyday expenses like mortgage, food, etc.

People always say, “I don’t need LTC!” Just like young people always say, “I don’t need life insurance!” The funny thing is when they do need them, then they come to insurance agents like me 😊. This is why you need to plan ahead.
