Your money is at risk. Move it now.

That’s a warning sign, not a solution. Scammers may pose as your bank and claim you need to transfer funds to a “safe account.” Their goal is to get you to send your money to them.

Don’t make a transfer based on an unexpected call or message. Hang up and call your bank using the number on your card or statement. If you’ve already sent money, contact your bank immediately.

One phone call. About $255 in monthly savings. More breathing room for a Logan family.

For Katie, a single mom in Logan, a conversation with Bank of Utah Loan Officer John Neil opened the door to a more affordable mortgage. Through FHLB Des Moines’ Mortgage Rate Relief Program, John helped her secure a lower rate, giving her family more room in their monthly budget.

Helping our neighbors make homeownership more attainable is why we do what we do.

A caller says they’re from your bank and asks for the code that just appeared on your phone. Would you share it?

Keep account login verification codes to yourself. A scammer can use that code to access your account, even if they sound convincing or know details about you.

Hang up and call your bank using the number on your card or statement. If you already shared a code, contact your bank right away.

She loves the Bank’s culture, her team and the meaningful relationships she builds with clients.

Grace volunteers whenever she can and is motivated to make a positive impact in her community. The advice she lives by reflects that same caring spirit: “Always be kind because you never know what someone is going through.”
