“Coaches Corner" mortgage market Friday 🔥

🤓 Incoming nerdiness:

Retail sales rose .04% better than expected... and most projections point to holiday spending being up .03% year over year. Americans continue to spend! Notwithstanding... The Fed meeting in November starts in three weeks from today and the odds of .25% cut are sitting at 94%

INTERPRETATION: Rates remain unchanged this week based on the continued data pointing to a strong economy... but crossing fingers for lower mortgage rates moving into winter.
