If you have not tried Tacos 1905, you are missing out!
Their Tijuana style tacos are the best in Salt Lake. The AIG favorites are the vampiros - vampires, envision a tostada taco with al pastor. Everything is made in house, from the wide variety of refrescos to the tortillas. Tacos 1905 - 10709 S Redwood Road in South Jordan.

In 2020, I walked into Señor Pollo Mexican Grill, a new, local chicken restaurant near our office, and have been a huge fan ever since! Their Sinaloa style chicken is an out-of-body experience! Located in Taylorsville, Midvale, and Sugarhouse. You have to check out their tacos, burritos, and of course, El Pollo!

I always hire the best people, and two years ago, frustrated with my search, I thought, let's explore the option of moving some of our tasks to a remote team to help lighten our workload in Utah.
Katherine and Gabriela's contributions during the most difficult insurance market in my 26 years were invaluable, and fast forward two years, and we now have five remote team members who help us provide the highest level of service of any agency in Utah.
I spent a few days with our team in El Salvador last week. We hiked, biked, visited their homes, and trained a little.
We are fortunate to have Gabriela, Katherine, Byron, Henry & Carolina, what an amazing contribution they make to our agency.

A huge congratulations to Lorena, our first team member to achieve her CISR certificate! As a licensed agent, she continues to expand her insurance knowledge to best serve our clients as a Certified Insurance Service Representative! Cynthia, is Lorena’s step-daughter-in-law and joined our agency a year ago, achieved her license and has become a superstar member of our team! A truly dynamic insurance duo!

Some are motivated by money, some are motivated by GOLF. One of our favorite home insurance companies, Openly Insurance, hosted their top-selling agents from across the country to fly down to South Carolina to play the renowned OCEAN Course on Kiawah Island. What an incredible experience all around, from the golf to the southern hospitality, very safe to say that we were spoiled! Can't wait for next year!
