Community Manager Job Description
Core Communities & Investments would like to announce the opening of a Community Manager position in the Ogden area. This is a full time, permanent position with a local, stable property management company. We’re looking for a responsible, hardworking person who values being an integral part of a well-run team in this field.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities require successful candidate be responsible for all aspects of property operations on apartment communities in the Salt Lake and Ogden area. Their assignment will be to work to achieve all operational and financial goals for the property. Duties include renting apartments, collecting, and banking of rents and fees, scheduling turnover of units with vendors, handling resident service requests, advertising available apartments on internet, overseeing common areas of community in clean and attractive condition, processing payables and other duties as assigned by Portfolio Manager.
Qualifications
Qualifications include the ability to manage projects and multitask several processes at once under sometimes stressful conditions. Excellent ability to use technology including Microsoft Office, Internet, social media advertising and email are required. Must possess a professional demeanor and appearance, communication skills both oral and written, outgoing sales ability, outstanding customer service and a detail-oriented work ethic. Prior property management experience preferred however may consider prior customer service experience. Salary depending on experience.
