The purpose of this position is to generate interest in employment opportunities at PRMI and set appointments with Business Development Manager and/or Hiring Manager for further screening.

Cold-calls prospective candidates
Perform internet research to obtain candidate contact information when necessary
Makes appointments and maintains schedules and calendars for Business Development Managers and/or Hiring Managers
Gathers information needed for Prospective Candidates
Maintains prospective candidate information in CRM
Qualifications:

Previous experience with cold-calling and/or telephone sales preferred
Previous experience making appointments and maintaining schedules and calendars for others preferred
Attention to detail and ability to maintain files
Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Ability to communicate adequately via email, verbally, telephone, letter writing, etc.
Ability to maintain a work schedule that may require working extended hours
Preferences:

Previous Business Development, Sales Development, Phone Sales, Outbound Appointment Setting, Cold Calling or Telemarketing experience highly preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33,280.00 - $80,000.00 per year

The purpose of this position is to run the day-to-day operations of the organization’s business to improve the productivity, effectiveness, and quality of the branch.
• Manages payroll records
• Trains and provides direction to employees
• Ensures personnel files are up to date and secure
• Improves, formulates, and implements processes, policies, and procedures in support of organizational goals to maximize output
• Monitors adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures
• Organizes recruitment and placement of required staff
• Establishes organizational structures and establishes work schedules
• Supervises and delegates tasks and accountabilities to staff and evaluates job performance
• Assists Division President in the development, implementation, and management of strategic plans for operational activity

Summary

The Mortgage Loan Originator plays an important role in the organization by performing a variety of activities directly related to the company’s mortgage origination functions. Including, but not limited to, proactively soliciting new residential mortgage clients while developing and cultivating a strong network of referral partners such as Realtors and Builders.



Responsibilities

At Primary Residential Mortgage Inc., the responsibility of the Mortgage Loan Originator is to analyze a borrower’s financial and credit data to determine creditworthiness and the probability of financial security in repayment efforts.



Qualifications

Sales experience in the mortgage industry is preferred
Familiarity with mortgage processes, procedures, rules, regulations, and compliance
Exceptional customer service skills with a strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills to include a working knowledge of MS Office
Ability to comprehend and analyze financial information
Ability to effectively communicate and present complex financial information while fielding and responding to questions from applicants, support staff, and management
Established contact and referral list within the real estate and mortgage industries preferred
Ability to pass a required background check

​Education Requirements

Mortgage Loan Originator position requires an MLS license.



Experience Requirements
Mortgage Loan Originator position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator/ Mortgage Loan Officer.
