I just renewed my Utah CE Instructor License, and I couldn't be more excited.

One of my favorite parts of what I do is teaching. I love bringing people together, sharing ideas, learning from each other, and helping others grow their confidence and business.

I teach some fun CE classes, and I have several new ideas in the works, plenty of stories to share, and a few lessons learned from nearly four decades in this industry.

Hello June! ☀️🌸

National Homeownership Month!! Yay!! I love this month for that reason alone! Also, it’s the start of summer adventures. Family time. New memories.

June is arriving with so much to look forward to!

The first half of 2026 has brought incredible momentum in the mortgage industry, and we're so grateful. After a few slower years in the housing market, it's been exciting to see families moving forward, opportunities opening up, and the energy returning. Helping people achieve homeownership is my PASSION, and after nearly 40 years, it never gets old! 🏡💚

On the personal side, I'm looking forward to making memories with my family, and spoiling my sweet grandbabies!! Our precious grandbaby #3, who was just born last month, is growing right before our eyes!💗 I’m still trying to tackle a little spring cleaning (I know … a forever project!). We’ll also be taking all of our family to Disneyland this month for some summer fun! ✨

How is your 2026 shaping up so far?
