Molly was the best pup a guy could have. She tied together so many segments of my life, making her loss all of the more profound.

One year ago today, after a heart wrenching battle with lymphoma we made the decision to assist Molly into that which waits in the great beyond.

She passed from this realm to the next in my arms, I spent the last moments thanking her repeatedly for finding her way into my life and then back into my life.

Hard to express how much sentient beings can affect your life but impossible to deny after having the experience.

Thank you Molly for all of your love, unconditional acceptance, and wonderful memories.

Wherever you are, there too I will also one day be. Until we meet again old friend, I intend to live life the way you did-to it’s fullest

Daniel Fale is a multi-family specialist working out of Windermere’s commercial real estate office in Salt Lake City, Utah. As a multi-family agent, working for the Windermere team, Daniel exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout Utah with a concentration in Salt Lake City.

Prior to entering into real estate full time, Daniel worked as a Registered Nurse covering both the areas of critical care and nurse recruiting for a total of 15 years. While working as a nurse, he began investing in real estate on the side. After several years of learning about and investing in his own real estate, Daniel decided to take this desire, passion, and ability to increase his own cash flow and turn it into a career where he could do the same for others.

Daniel attended high school in Wisconsin where he played varsity basketball all 4 years. Upon arriving at Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska, he switched his focus to academics and made the Dean's list for all years of college while being awarded numerous academic and other merit based scholarships. His senior year he was presented the prestigious: Who’s Who Among American Universities and Colleges, and later graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in nursing and the highest academic achievement for the year in his discipline. Since that time he has received multiple distinctions through a career in nursing. These awards came at the request of patients, co-workers and executive management, for outstanding customer service, collegiality, leadership, and skill.

Daniel Fale lives in Sandy, Utah with his family with his two daughters (Maddi and Kaylee) and his wife Cassandra along with 2 wonderful scottish terriers (Molly and Braxton). He snowboards, climbs, mountain bikes, and enjoys reading self-improvement books as well as studying real estate and investing. Daniel is also an active donor to the charities Daughters of Cambodia and Landmine Relief Fund in Cambodia. He holds licenses to practice real estate in both California and Utah.
