It's open. Oct 15 – Dec 7, you can switch drug plans, move between Original Medicare and Medicare Advantage, or change Advantage plans — no questions asked. Changes take effect Jan 1.

This year matters more than most: the Part D deductible and the annual out-of-pocket cap are both going up for 2027, and some plans are changing or ending. Even if you like your plan, read your ANOC before deciding to stay.
