We are hiring an experienced
Body Shop Office Assistant
to work in our busy auto body
Must be able to work full time, Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Saturday 8:00 AM -2:00 PM
Duties include:
Answering phones
Filing / Faxing
Scheduling appointments
Greeting customers when arriving for appointments
Assist with sending emails and processing supplemental claims with insurance companies
Open and close repair orders
Communicate with interoffice departments to ensure efficiency of repairs are met
