I don’t post things like this often, but I’m looking to add 1–2 people to my team with North Carolina Farm Bureau Insurance.

This is NOT your typical job — it’s an opportunity to build your own book of business with uncapped income potential.

💰 What to expect:
• First-year income typically $75K–$175K
• Most realistic around $100K
• You start with an existing book of business (paid from month one)
• No buy-in required
• Long-term residual income + growth

👊 Who I’m looking for:
• Competitive, self-motivated, disciplined
• Strong people skills / relationship builder
• Someone who wants to be in the community and make an impact

🔥 The people who tend to do REALLY well in this role:
• Former athletes
• Teachers / coaches

This is a full-time, in-office position (Monday–Friday, 8–5) and a really good fit for someone who is:

💼 Role: Associate Agent
• Starting at $20+/hour (can be higher based on experience or if already licensed)
• Full benefits package
• We’ll pay for your insurance license (no experience needed)

Both Rowan County Farm Bureau offices, China Grove and Salisbury, will be closed tomorrow, 1/26/26. We will reassess our hours for Tuesday later tomorrow. Please do not go out if you do not have to. If your bill is due, you can pay online or arrangements will be made when we reopen. Thank you.
