Oh my God!

What a difference a day makes.

Sometimes the world gets overwhelming.

And then God graces us with simple joys that fill us up and squeezes out the ick.

Recently, I have reconnected with a number of people I havent seen for a while that have always had a special place in my heart. I can't believe the difference in how I feel just connecting.

My body even feels different! And, my mouth hurts from smiling so much. It is so awesome!

I am so happy right now.

It's that feeling you get in your tummy. Not the falling in love nervous feeling, but the I feel love/full of connection feeling that centers you and calms you and makes you want to be a better human.

I feel so humble and SO grateful.

The stacks at mos's Landing represented something very different to my tribe when we were kids. Now I look at them and think about the toxic battery fire.

I still cannot wrap my head around the idea that Monterey County thought it was a good idea to put such toxic horrible things for the environment in a marine sanctuary.

Way to go, home that I love !
