A Disaster Relief Special Enrollment Period is now available for uninsured Coloradans following the recent Colorado wildlife disaster emergency declarations. The purpose of the emergency regulation is to allow for a SEP in Co that allows enrollment in an individual health benefit plan for any individuals uninsured.
