Rough morning for open houses 🙄

House #1 there was no realtor sign or open house sign or any activity 15 minutes before online said it would start. I would have waited longer if a neighbor didn’t tell me he was convinced because it happened yesterday at a certain time that today it would be at the same time.

House #2 I greeted the realtor in the home no one was there. I asked if I could stay and bring in cookies for his open house he said yes. Then ran outside after me to tell me the classic, “it’s not my listing I’m not sure if it is ok.” I asked if that meant no he said yes and I was on my way.

House #3 this house had a Realtor sign but no open house signs 20 minutes after it was supposed to start. I knocked on the door and no one answered.

I guess it is back to the drawing board.
