As a Modern Woodmen Regional Director, I use my knowledge of the financial services industry to coach, mentor, and motivate a team of financial services professionals in Central Illinois, South-Central Illinois, and Southern Illinois. My goals this year are to find the most qualified individuals who will be the right for my team. These individuals do not necessarily have a finance background, but

do have:
• A strong work ethic
• A competitive mind-set
• A passion for hands-on volunteers
