There's real value in having leaders who understand your community, know your market, and are accessible when you need them.

Relationships matter at every level of this business, including leadership.

Something worth thinking about.

Happy Friday! ☕️

Before you head into the weekend, give yourself a little credit for this week. Maybe you didn’t get everything done, but think about what you did accomplish and the people you were there for. That matters.

I need that reminder sometimes, too.

Hope you get to slow down a little this weekend, do something you enjoy and spend time with the people you love.

A lot can change in this business, but the value of working with good people never does.

The relationships you build and the people you surround yourself with can make all the difference in your career.

There's something to be said for finding the right place.

Always good to get our Western Region team together. We took some time to catch up, share ideas and learn from each other. I’m proud of this group and the way they show up for our clients, our partners and each other.

The right fit is about more than production.

Experience matters, but so do character, commitment, and the way you treat people.

Building a strong team starts with finding the right people.

I’m always interested in connecting with good mortgage professionals who know this business, care about the people they serve, and take pride in what they do.

If you’ve been curious about Atlantic Bay or what we have to offer, I’d welcome a confidential conversation. Sometimes it’s just worth having a conversation to see what’s possible.

October was a team effort across the Atlantic Bay Western Region! I appreciate every mortgage banker and support team member for their hard work and commitment to serving our families.

A special shoutout to these mortgage bankers for serving five or more families in October! 👏

To every family who placed their trust in us, thank you for the opportunity to serve!

I’m telling you, some songs just hit different! 🎶 This one is definitely going on repeat.

What's one song you can listen to over and over and never get tired of? I'm curious! 👀🎶
