Third time at Champions Circle—and this one was pretty special. 🏆🌴
Spent a few days in San Diego this week for State Farm Champions Circle, recognizing the top 5% of producers across the company. Grateful to qualify for the third time, and even better getting to experience it alongside my dad again.
A couple highlights were hearing from Emma Grede on entrepreneurship, believing in your product, and staying focused on your customers. Also, Jesse Itzler, whose stories about business, pushing limits, and endurance sports definitely hit home for me. 🏃♂️
One of the best parts of these trips is always the people—catching up with agent friends, meeting other top performers from around the country, sharing ideas, and learning from people who continue to raise the bar.
Always a great opportunity to learn, grow, bring new ideas back to the team, and come home motivated to keep getting better.
Grateful for everyone who helped make Champions Circle #3 possible. Now back to work. 💪
