Friday’s “closed & insured” part ✌🏼

This couple was moving from West Texas… I’m always intrigued for people’s stories and the “why” behind their big moves. Retirement. Jobs changes. But something that stuck out to me was that they wanted to make an investment that could help leave a legacy behind to their children one day. Really cool.

And of the policy options that were presented to them, they wanted the “best” to make sure that investment was properly protected. Much wisdom in that.

One of last Friday’s closings!!!

Another young couple achieving their homeowner dreams with guidance from Shelby Mynar !!

Always super stoked to serve first-time homebuyers! Love getting to teach what the numbers and the foreign language (that is insurance lingo lol) mean. My hope is that they understand what they’re choosing and paying for to protect their biggest investment yet!

I’m so thankful for a job that allows me to take it anywhere, allows me to have the flexibility to go on vacation when school is back in session, allows me to show up for my people in ways that I couldn’t before, and allows me to provide a service to others I may not even have met otherwise.

I’m thankful for all of you that continue to trust me with opportunities.

Another less than 24-hour insurance turn around from initial contact to getting binders to lender for closing!

So grateful to have been referred to be a small part of these first-time homebuyer’s journey!

These guys are the “perfect world” example of homeowner’s insurance. Brand new build. Great location. Good credit. Clean auto history. And the rate they got are what people can only dreeeam of these days… they made my job easy 😆

Last Thursday was another closing day! More acreage = more fun & more space for the chickens to roam 🤩

Karrie Anne Tucker got this teacher and her family a super fast turn around to make sure they’re getting to the closing table before school starts!

Insurance was able to fit in that time frame with a less than 24-hour turn around from first contact to issue 😮‍💨👊🏼

This morning in the quiet of getting ready with no babies tugging on my pant legs, I had some time to think… to reflect on this past month… and WOW, my heart is so so grateful!

I started thinking about the many families I was privileged to help and decided to pull out the queue to look at some numbers… and 83%! That’s how many opportunities I got from referrals… people who trust me with those they are working with and/or care about.

I say it a lot in the video, but truly it’s the GREATEST GIFT! There’s a lot of prayer that goes into every interaction that can come my way… that the Lord use me in a way that honors Him to however many people He sees fit. I’m just so so grateful to be a part of it!
