Another one off the market in Argyle, TX!

Sometimes a home buyers’ journey is a little bumpy… to no fault of anyone on their team. BUT it’s important to have the right team that will ride with you and support you through it!

Obvi this is not today because the Lord is blessing us with much prayed for rain…

BUT earlier in the week and last week this was a couple families in desperate desire to get their auto insurance payments lower.

Not only were we able to save them almost $200/mo, but with BETTER COVERAGE. Big time wins for these guys!!!

My stint in education across multiple districts allowed me to meet a lot of different cool people. And what I love about social media is that I’ve been able to keep up with their families and stay at least a little bit connected.

And this time an old coworker (though we were at different schools) has bought a new house for the next season of her life!!! She reached out and we were able to give her some options to choose from that would fit her needs!

New beginnings are exciting. Thankful to be behind the scenes as a small part of it.

Practical example of a 50s home with renovation documentation done right making insurance much more of a breeze for these buyers!!!

First time working with Yannery Escobedo & she was so so helpful in getting some of this info. And as always, Karrie Anne Tucker is super speedy on the backend getting it to the closing table!

Buying, already own or even thinking about selling (who will have to disclose details about the home) an older home? This one is for you!

If you weren’t asked these questions when receiving quotes… well, you could be hit with the unexpected in the event of a loss.

This is of course not an exhaustive list, but it’s a good start of what can get overlooked…

And no, not all older homes are a problem (we sure do love a fixer upper with lots of original character🤩), but certain electrical and plumbing systems or even age of HVAC system can limit insurance options… being ineligible to many carriers.

Friday’s “closed & insured” part ✌🏼

This couple was moving from West Texas… I’m always intrigued for people’s stories and the “why” behind their big moves. Retirement. Jobs changes. But something that stuck out to me was that they wanted to make an investment that could help leave a legacy behind to their children one day. Really cool.

And of the policy options that were presented to them, they wanted the “best” to make sure that investment was properly protected. Much wisdom in that.

Moving to Hill or McLennan counting and needing to get funded? Karrie Anne Tucker is you gal!

One of last Friday’s closings!!!

Another young couple achieving their homeowner dreams with guidance from Shelby Mynar !!

Always super stoked to serve first-time homebuyers! Love getting to teach what the numbers and the foreign language (that is insurance lingo lol) mean. My hope is that they understand what they’re choosing and paying for to protect their biggest investment yet!

I’m so thankful for a job that allows me to take it anywhere, allows me to have the flexibility to go on vacation when school is back in session, allows me to show up for my people in ways that I couldn’t before, and allows me to provide a service to others I may not even have met otherwise.

I’m thankful for all of you that continue to trust me with opportunities.
