We’re looking for a skilled **Building Maintenance & Quality Control Lead** to join our team! You’ll be responsible for hands-on commercial & residential property maintenance and renovations, plus quality control oversight of subcontractor projects.

🔹 **Duties Include:**
✔️ Painting, drywall repairs, carpentry, minor plumbing & electrical work
✔️ Inspecting subcontractor work for quality and accuracy
✔️ Tracking project progress & ensuring work meets expectations
✔️ Availability to work on projects in Central TX + periodic traveling within Texas

🔹 **Requirements:**
✅ Must have basic hand tools & cordless power tools
✅ Experience in commercial & residential repairs & renovations
✅ Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills

Good news on the beneficial ownership reporting requirement!

“The Court has determined that the CTA and Reporting Rule are likely unconstitutional for purposes of a preliminary injunction. It has not made an affirmative finding that the CTA and Reporting Rule are contrary to law or that they amount to a violation of the Constitution.” The Court went further and ruled that this is a nationwide injunction, applying against enforcement of the CTA and its impending January 1, 2025 filing deadline.”

Today, December 3, 2024, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas (Sherman Division) issued a preliminary injunction in favor of the plaintiffs in the case of Texas Top Cop Shop, Inc. et al. vs. Garland (U.S. Attorney General). 🗓️🚘 Five Months To Go: Changes Coming to Texas’ Vehicle Safety Inspection Program 🗓️🚘

Beginning January 1, 2025, most vehicle safety inspections will be eliminated in Texas.

What does this mean for you? All non-commercial vehicles will no longer need a vehicle safety inspection prior to registration. A select number of counties will still require emissions tests, which drivers will need to complete prior to their vehicle registration.
