As another IBBA and M&A conference wraps up, I'm feeling grateful for the friendships, mentorship, and speaking opportunities these incredible organizations have provided throughout my career.
Looking back through conference photos over the years reminded me how much our industry has evolved—and how fortunate I've been to learn from some of the very best business brokers & advisors in the world.

I'm especially grateful to be recognized this year with the IBBA Platinum Chairman's Award and M&A Source Gold Club Award. Reflecting on milestones like the IBBA Top Individual Global Producer Award (2023) has been a reminder of how fortunate I've been to grow alongside so many talented professionals in this industry.
While I wasn't able to attend this year's conference, I'm cheering on all of the award recipients and those I’m lucky enough to call friends. Looking forward to reconnecting with everyone soon. Love you guys big ♥️
