Many of my clients, friends, and associates, have commented on the dramatic increase in the number of robo calls they are receiving on their cell phones from telemarketers/spammers. Some days I personally receive 10 or more of these calls on my cell phone and apparently I am not alone. According to an article in Kiplinger Magazine December by 2019 more than half of ALL calls with be robo calls. Spammers are able to make these calls appear as a legitimate callers from a local number to the receiving party using a trick called "spoofing" But is appears that help is on the way.
