Meet Mary Morrison!
Before becoming a Financial Advisor with First Command, Mary served 26 years in the military, where she was passionate about helping Sailors build successful personal and professional lives. After discovering First Command through the Department of Defense SkillBridge Internship Program, she found a new way to continue serving military families. Now certified as a Financial Advisor and completing First Command's Fast Start Academy, Mary is excited to support clients as they work toward their financial goals.

Fun Facts
🛫Dream Travel Destinations: Alaska, Egypt, and New Zealand are at the top of Mary's travel bucket list. She and her family officially began checking destinations off their list in July 2024 and are excited for the adventures ahead.
📕Interests & Hobbies: Mary loves traveling and is an avid reader.
🐶Pets: She has two dogs—Saige, a Border Collie/Labrador mix, and Finnegan, a Miniature Schnauzer.
🎭Favorite Activity: Mary enjoys attending plays, musicals, symphony performances, and orchestral concerts. The first production she ever saw was "The Phantom of the Opera," which remains one of her all-time favorites. She has seen Phantom five times in different cities!
💼First Job: Mary's first job was working as a farmhand for her stepfather during the summer before her senior year of high school. She still considers it the hardest job she's ever had—and after 26 years in the military, that's saying something!

Through the Department of Defense SkillBridge Internship Program, she discovered First Command and was inspired by its mission of serving those who serve. Today, she's proud to continue supporting military families by helping them develop personalized financial strategies as they work toward their financial goals.
