FKS Insurance Services is looking for experienced adjusters to work Complex and Disputed property claims. Qualified adjusters will have an active Florida license and a minimum of 5 years property claims experience and at least 2 years working Complex and/or Disputed claims. Other qualifying characteristics are:

• Florida claim handling with PA/attorney involvement
• Knowledge of Florida Statutes/Timelines/Building Codes
• Experience with responding to Civil Remedy Notices (CRN) & Department of Insurance Complaints
• Knowledge of different types of Alternate Dispute Resolutions (Appraisals, Mediations, Loss Consulting, Peer Review, Arbitrations)
• Skillset in writing letters and collaborating on estimates
• Experience with negotiating settlements
