Inventory still low, rates hovering in the mid to high 7% range (conventional). On a positive note, we are seeing more negotiations on contracts than we have seen in the last 4 years. Not so much with price reductions but more of a willingness of sellers helping with closing costs, rate buy downs, etc. If shopping for a new home, give us a call! 727-392-3901.

We responded to a mother's ad asking for Halloween candy to send to her son in Afghanistan. After meeting her, we told her that we would be honored to help out with anything they need in the future.

She sent us a list before Veteran's Day weekend of items that her son and his unit missed from the states. Sadly, they were items that we take for granted- coffee creamer, crackers, cookies, and protein bars. We were able to go out and buy at least 3 of each item on her list and they were shipped out in 6 big boxes yesterday.

We plan to continue sending items that they need/want to Tina's son in Afghanistan. If anyone knows of another soldier overseas that we could "adopt" please let us know. Also, if anyone would like to help out, that would be great, too!
