Last week, members of our team enjoyed an afternoon together at a Tampa Bay Rays game. It was a great opportunity to step away from our daily routines, strengthen connections and have some fun as a team.

Of course, we showed up in style with custom shirts that captured our mission perfectly: Swinging BIG for Small Business.

This month we're proud to celebrate Diane Medlen on her 25-year anniversary with Bankers Insurance Group.

Diane joined Bankers in 2001 as an Annuity Analyst and has witnessed, and helped shape, many chapters of our company's history. From supporting a small annuity team in the early days to transitioning into Information Technology, she has played an important role behind the scenes, helping test commercial insurance products, supporting disaster recovery efforts, and ensuring the quality of systems our employees and agents rely on every day.

When asked what stands out most over the years, Diane didn't talk about systems or projects—she talked about people.

"I've watched college kids come into the company, get married, have children and have celebrated many milestones with my work family."

She also fondly remembers company traditions—from holiday celebrations and Halloween decorating contests to team-building events that brought everyone together. It's those relationships that have made Bankers feel like home.

Thank you, Diane, for your dedication, expertise, and the positive impact you've made over the past 25 years. Congratulations on this remarkable milestone. We're grateful to have you as part of the Bankers family!
