Manufactured homes are now eligible nationwide under expanded USDA guidelines—making homeownership more affordable and accessible for more families.
Here’s what’s new:
1. Single-wide & double-wide homes now qualify
2. Existing homes may be eligible if they meet safety standards
3. Energy-efficient homes in nonprofit communities & on Tribal lands included
4. Homes must be built after 1/1/2006 and be permanently installed
5. Dealer process simplified for easier purchasing
