This is my why!

My passion is educating and helping my clients through the mortgage process. I strive to make the process as stress free as possible while avoiding unnecessary expenses.

Some back story on this client:

They were previously under contract with another lender. Two days before closing they were told that their 0% down VA loan was now going to require 20% down.
TWO DAYS BEFORE CLOSING! Not ideal to say the least.

We were able to boost their purchase price by nearly 200k while utilizing the 0% down payment benefit of VA loan. We also got to the closing table earlier than our contractual date.
Major wins all around!

What sets us apart?

We here at Soar Lending are not only brokers but we also have our lender’s license.
This means a few things.
1. We have more control over the process, the timeline and the interest rate!

- We generate all documents in house, we can get them out earlier to make sure we aren’t waiting on TRID rule and hold up closing.

- Direct access to underwriters, some scenarios are complicated. You need someone on your team that can help share and explain your story.

- typically lower closing costs than banks and big box lenders. No unnecessary fees here!
