Subject: COVID-19
As global concern about the current COVID-19 outbreak grows, we are doing our best to keep everyone healthy and safe in the workplace while also minimizing the disruptions to our day-to-day operations and lastly ensure that our customers have means of taking care of their loans without risk to daily health or virus spread.
For the next few weeks, American Credit Services is requesting that our customers pay their loans via debit card, or other electronic means such as ACH to prevent you from having to physically visit one of our locations. We still do accept cash, cashiers check, or money orders as payments, but would encourage using one of the prior mentioned payment methods if possible.
Our employees are taking all necessary steps to ensure that our offices are clean and more importantly, a safe place to be at during this time. We have taken extra measures to ensure that frequently touched areas of our stores such as counter surfaces, doorknobs, and office equipment are cleaned frequently throughout the day.
To try and prevent further spread of this nasty virus, we are closely monitoring the situation and are obtaining up-to-date information from our local authorities and the CDC. (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) We are also asking that anyone that feels even the slightest bit ill, to please refrain from coming into our office until the CDC releases some of the mandates that they have handed down as it pertains to virus control.
We hope and pray that this pandemic will subside quickly, and that we can all get back to normalcy soon. Should you have any questions or concerns at all, please do not hesitate to contact us.
